I would have immediately thought we were under attack. Dude in Russia just keeps driving.

The last 3 seconds of this video’s audio… is that anyone else’s pet peeve? It makes me cringe, it’s why I can’t enjoy an episode of Cops, because that sound happens every time the camera people jump out of the car.
